1. Seller
The seller and operator of The Anxiety Method is Martin Macko EldoTheMaestro, Jasovská 51, 851 07 Bratislava, Slovakia, Business ID (IČO): 56952023, Tax ID (DIČ): 1128629502, email: onlinebakokako@gmail.com, phone: +421 902 610 914 (the “Seller”).
2. Products
The Seller offers digital self-development products under The Anxiety Method brand. The Method option includes a downloadable digital PDF delivered electronically. The Method + Private Community option includes the Method plus access to a private online community. Both options are one-time purchases with no recurring subscription fee.
“Lifetime community access” means ongoing access without a recurring subscription fee for as long as the private community remains operated and available by the Seller. It does not guarantee operation of the community for the natural lifetime of the customer.
3. Ordering and payment
Prices are shown in EUR. Payment is processed through Stripe. An order becomes binding when the customer completes the payment process. The Seller may reject or refund an order where required by law, where payment fails, or where fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
4. Delivery
The downloadable PDF is delivered to the email address supplied during checkout after successful payment. Community access is also sent electronically to the email address supplied during checkout. The customer is responsible for entering a functioning email address and checking spam or promotions folders.
5. Immediate delivery, withdrawal and refunds
The Method is downloadable digital content intended to be delivered immediately to the purchase email after successful payment. In addition to any mandatory rights under applicable law, the Seller voluntarily offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for purchases of The Method and The Method + Private Community. To request a refund under this voluntary guarantee, the customer must email the Seller within 30 days of purchase using the email address used at checkout and identify the relevant order.
For consumers, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content supplied without a tangible medium may be lost once delivery begins where, before delivery, the consumer has expressly consented to immediate delivery, acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost when delivery begins, and the legally required confirmation has been provided. Where those legal conditions have not been satisfied, any mandatory statutory withdrawal right remains unaffected.
This voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee is separate from and does not limit mandatory consumer rights. A customer may still be entitled to a remedy where the digital content is not delivered, cannot be accessed because of a problem attributable to the Seller, is defective or materially does not conform to the contract, or where another refund, price reduction or termination right is required by applicable law. Duplicate or erroneous charges will also be corrected.
If a refund is granted under the voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, the customer’s licence to use the refunded digital content ends and any community access included in the refunded purchase may be revoked. Any mandatory rights that apply specifically to the ongoing digital-service element remain unaffected. The Refund & Withdrawal Policy forms part of these Terms.
6. Community access
The private community is intended for lawful personal use. Harassment, unlawful content, spam, impersonation, distribution of other users’ private information, or conduct that materially disrupts the community may result in access restrictions or removal. Any action will be taken reasonably and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
7. Intellectual property
All content supplied as part of The Anxiety Method, including text, graphics, PDFs, exercises, branding and community materials created by the Seller, is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Purchase grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. Customers may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly, reproduce for commercial use, or share access credentials or the PDF with third parties.
8. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to defective, non-conforming or undelivered digital content or digital services. If a product is not delivered or does not conform to the contract, contact the Seller so the issue can be handled under applicable law.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. If the customer is a consumer residing in another country, this choice does not deprive the customer of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of the customer’s habitual residence.
If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly with the Seller, the consumer may use an authorised alternative dispute resolution entity under Slovak law, including where applicable the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia). Information is available at soi.sk.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. General refund policy
All purchases are one-time digital purchases. In addition to any mandatory rights under applicable law, the Seller offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee for purchases of The Method and The Method + Private Community. To use this voluntary guarantee, email the Seller within 30 days of purchase from the email address used at checkout and provide enough information to identify the relevant order.
2. The downloadable PDF
The Anxiety Method PDF is digital content supplied without a tangible medium and is intended to be delivered immediately to the email address used at checkout. Although statutory withdrawal rights for immediately delivered digital content may be lost when delivery begins under the conditions described below, the Seller still voluntarily offers the 30-day money-back guarantee described in this policy.
Where applicable law grants a statutory withdrawal right, the customer may lose that right once delivery begins if, before delivery, the customer expressly consents to immediate delivery, acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost when delivery begins, and the legally required confirmation is provided. If those requirements have not been satisfied, any mandatory statutory withdrawal right remains unaffected.
3. Method + Private Community
The Method + Private Community option is a one-time purchase that includes the PDF plus lifetime access to the private community as described in the Terms. The Seller also voluntarily offers the same 30-day money-back guarantee for this option if the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
The community is an ongoing digital service. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the service element, including rights that cannot legally be waived, remain unaffected. If applicable law requires a refund, price reduction, termination or other remedy in relation to only part of the bundle, that remedy will be handled in accordance with the applicable law.
4. When a refund or other remedy may still apply
This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Separately from those mandatory rights, the voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee may be used even where no legal defect exists, provided the request is made on time. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a customer may also be entitled to redelivery, repair or restoration of access, a price reduction, termination of the contract, or a refund where:
- the purchased PDF or community access was not delivered;
- the PDF cannot be opened or accessed because of a problem attributable to the Seller and the issue is not remedied within a reasonable time;
- the digital content or digital service is defective or materially does not conform to what was promised;
- the same order was charged more than once or an incorrect amount was charged; or
- a refund, price reduction, withdrawal or termination right is otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
Where a technical delivery issue can reasonably be fixed by resending the file, restoring access or providing a working copy, the Seller may first provide that remedy where permitted by law. If a refund is granted, the customer’s licence to use the refunded digital content ends and any community access included in the refunded purchase may be revoked.
5. Withdrawal rights
Consumers generally have a statutory withdrawal period for distance contracts where the law grants that right. For immediately delivered digital content, that right may be lost when delivery begins under the conditions described above. For the community service element, any mandatory withdrawal rules applicable to digital services continue to apply and are not excluded by this policy.
6. Requesting help, a statutory remedy or a refund
Email onlinebakokako@gmail.com with your name, purchase email, order date, product purchased and a short description of the issue. If you are requesting the voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, say that clearly. If you are exercising a statutory withdrawal right that still applies, clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
“Order email: [email]. Product: [product]. Order date: [date]. Issue: [brief description]. Requested remedy: [30-day guarantee refund / redelivery / restored access / price reduction / refund / withdrawal where applicable].”
